Job Description - Part Time Key Holder - minimum 20 hours per week.

We are looking for a reliable & experienced Key Holder for our Livingston Designer Outlet Store.

The successful applicant will have had previous retail store experience., and must be flexible.

You will have the following skills:

- Ability to assist in everyday retail operations.
- An effective communicator and strong team player
- If part time you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand.
- Ability to supervise store in the absence of both the manager and assistant manager.
- Confidence in cash handling procedures

**Summary of main purpose of the role:

- **
- The Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty, or unavailable on the floor. The Key Holder will, in the absence of manager/ deputy manager, supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and all operational functions in the absence of store management.

**Experience Level**
- Previously an experienced sales advisor /Key holder or equivalent in a customer focused retail environment. Clothing retail experience preferred but not essential.
- This also includes being able to work weekends.

**Qualifications**:

- Management or supervising experience in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proven sales management experience to drive revenue and meet targets
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with merchandising and retail operations
- Administrative experience and phone etiquette skills are beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.34 per hour
