We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our accountancy firm based in the UK. As a Marketing Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in helping our firm to generate new business opportunities and promote our services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calls to high intent leads: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients who have shown an interest in our services. Your aim will be to identify their needs and provide them with information about our services and how we can help them.
- Producing content for social media & website: You will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content for our social media channels and website. This will involve researching topics, writing articles, and creating visual content such as graphics and videos.
- Onboarding new clients onto our system: You will be responsible for setting up new clients on our system and ensuring that all the necessary information is collected and entered correctly. This will involve liaising with other members of the team to ensure that the client is onboarded smoothly.
- Appointment setting for sales team: You will be responsible for setting appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients. This will involve working closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and scheduling appointments in their calendar.
- Inbound calls from prospective clients: You will also be responsible for answering inbound calls from prospective clients who have shown an interest in our services. Your aim will be to identify their needs and provide them with information about our services and how we can help them.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Attention to detail: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure that all information is collected and entered correctly into our system.
- Strong organisational skills: You must be highly organised and able to manage your workload effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude: You must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Clear progression path: The role offers a clear progression path towards joining our sales team with opportunities to earn commission within the apprenticeship.
