Job Details
- To ensure that Overseas Visitors and Private Patient policies and procedures are applied for the effective identification and timely/accurate billing of Trust income.
- To ensure that Overseas Visitors and Private Patient policies and procedures are applied for the effective and timely recovery of Trust income.
- To ensure that doubtful debt policies and procedures in relation to Overseas Visitors and Private Patients are applied to assigned accounts to minimise the loss of income from bad or doubtful debts.
- To fully support the Overseas Liaison Manager in achieving the required debt collection outcomes of the Accounts Receivable Function of the Trust. To deputise for the Overseas Liaison Manager in periods of absence, where requested by the Chief Income Officer.
- To provide Overseas Visitor, and Private Patient support and advice to Clinical and Corporate Directorates as necessary.
- To support the overall safeguarding responsibility of the Trust to vulnerable OSV patients, and ensure all information is managed in accordance with GPDR requirements.
- 5 GCSE passes, Grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be able to adapt to change, take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Level - Currently sits at Band 4 level (£23,949 -£26,282)
