We are looking for a Senior Producer to work in client facing role producing video, film and animation content

**THE COMPANY**: This is a leading content production company based in Cardiff that are highly creative and strive to help brands stand out. They are a nimble team of 13 that are super collaborative and work in partnership with agencies, brands and broadcasters to develop, produce and deliver effective video content. Think production expertise, creative instinct and eccentric personality
**THE ROLE**: HYBRID WORKING ROLE BASED IN CARDIFF: Mon & Tues in the office.
This is a super opportunity A very agile role that will be a mix between project management, production and account management.
This leading commercial content agency is looking for a Senior Producer to help them manage a variety of video, film and animation projects. The teams work across a mixture of sectors including entertainment, automotive, government etc.
Your role will include tasks like:

- Signing off project budget, timeline and scope or work.
- Co-ordinating pre-production (handpicking creative team, approving locations, locking down scripts etc).
- Attending shoots to keep everything running smoothly.
- Working on post-production and with teams on grading, graphics and sound etc.

Along with the day-to-day tasks of this role, you’ll also be managing and mentoring the less experienced team members within the production team, carrying out 1:1 meetings and helping to guide their development.

**YOU**: This is a lovely role that requires someone who can manage and wrangle multifaceted projects.
You'll need to be:

- Level-headed and able to make decisions under pressure.
- Confident in leading people. Some line management experience would be highly beneficial.
- Happy to get stuck in
- Creative, but also have solid attention to detail for the more admin related work that comes with the role.

As well as the above, you will need:

- Solid experience of Clearcast, APA, CAP, ASA, child licensing etc.
- Experience with PM platforms such as Asana, Basecamp etc.
- Google Docs and Sheets experience in beneficial.

You will also need a full driver's license.
