**The Senior Support WorkerRole:**

As Senior Support Worker, you will join a team of professionals providing support to our clients at A Bed Every Night Service (ABEN) supported accommodation project in Oldham.

In this role, you will work as a senior member of the team delivering an assessment, support and move on service to vulnerable clients in the supported accommodation. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective and safe management of the serviceon a day to day basis.

In addition, you will hold line management responsibility for a number of staff, volunteers and possibly students on placement, and hold responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service.

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- You will have experience in managing a staff team.
- You will have experience of working in a supported housing environment.
- You will have experience in managing the performance of team members
- You will have experience in finance; working within a budget, petty cash and payroll
