You will need to have an open mind and heart, to support our children to reach their full potential, offering unconditional love and support everyday. This will include encouragement and support in all areas of a childs life, from health, education arranging family time and having fun

This role will work a 24hr shift, inclusive of a sleep in (sleep in rate paid additional to salary) to ensure continuity of care for our children. On a 1 on 2 off pattern. This allows for work - life balance and planning in advance, both inside and outside of work. You will work on a 2:1 staffing ratio, supporting 1 child.

The children we support have encountered adverse childhood experiences, and this can lead to maladaptive coping strategies, risk taking and challenging behaviours. It is our role to help them to come to terms with past trauma, reflect on their behaviours and find positive ways to move forward to achieve their dreams and goals.

This role can be challenging at times, so full training and management support will be given. This will include ongoing training throughout your career to continue your professional development. We will enroll you on your level 4 diploma, following successful probation, and support you through your qualification.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
