My client is a leading NHS organisation looking for an interim Management Accountant on a 6-month temporary basis.

The main responsibilities of this interim Management Accountant are:

- Producing budgets for the medicine directorate and working closely with budget holders to improve efficiencies and update them on their budgets
- Business partnering with various senior managers and heads of service
- Assisting on the production of monthly management accounts, forecasting, and analysing variances
- Have experience in producing management accounts with commentary, budgets, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills
- Ideally have previous experience within the NHS sector, although this is not essential
- Be a qualified Chartered Accountant or be at finalist stage
