Do you have administration experience and are looking for a new challenge ?
As an Administrator you will be expected to provide high level administration in supporting the set up of new representatives.
Main Duties of the role include
- Bank account set up
- Prepare contracts
- Booking training requirements
- Facilitating Webex’s to company representatives to submit their reporting
- Collating reports
- Monitor and maintain all required legal documentation
Has obtained 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above (including Mathematics)
Be IT literate and able to utilise digital communication effectively
Has excellent attention to detail
Able to work on their own and use their initiative.
