- While we do encourage time working in one of our office’s, we are able to offer a hybrid working environment.

- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in a
clear, comprehensible style and format.- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise activities to make effective use of time and meet deadlines.
- A flexible approach, knowing when to refer to colleagues for guidance and support.
- Good customer focus with the ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and partners.
- Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information and issues.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to take minutes at internal and external meetings.
Most importantly you will have a passion for the environment and eagerness to learn and develop.
Contact and additional information
- Please note that that your answers to the capability questions will be used to determine interview selection.
- Everyone starting in a new role with the Environment Agency will be welcomed into the team and will be given all of the training and support you need to succeed. The Environment Agency offer an extensive range of employee benefits.
