**About Our Client**:
A well established organisation based in Burgess Hill seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor on an hourly temp basis.

As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Ensure sales invoices are raised correctly (both regular and ad hoc)
- Verifying accuracy of all sales information within the system through liaising with individual sites and the wider finance team
- Allocate sales ledger cash received on a daily basis, ensuring targets are met
- Deal with cash related queries from internal and external customers
- Investigate and reconcile individual accounts to resolve disputes and escalate these to line manager where required
- Production and distribution of monthly aged debt reports
- Chase all outstanding debt on an ongoing basis
- Maintain debt levels within prescribed targets as set by manager
- Manage the production of monthly occupancy reports to strict deadlines
- Monthly production of the Accrued and Deferred income journals
- Produce sales ledger reports as required
- Ensure specified Sales Ledger balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis
- Manage the production of month end reports to ensure these are produced in line with the Finance team deadlines
- Ongoing weekly reporting to the Transaction Manager and maintaining input targets
- Assist with the system maintenance of the invoicing management system
- Support with administrative duties within the finance team
- To undertake any other reasonable duties falling within the role as identified by the Transaction Manager
- To undertake, any reasonable travelling requirements, in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role

To be successful for the role you will need to:

- Be Immediately available or on a shorter notice period
- Have experience managing a team
