A 6 months+ opportunity for a **Transformation Programme Manager** has arisen with the local authorities in Bristol.

Position is home based with occasional office day.

To provide vision, direction and strategic leadership to successfully lead and manage the Transformation Programme to realise the agreed benefits in a collaborative, consistent and professional manner, designing and delivering the agreed business case, plan,and governance arrangements, and ensuring full engagement and participation across all services, partners, key stakeholders, and Programme Boards.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Significant relevant experience in the management of complex programmes across large public sector organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Significant demonstrable experience of local authority reorganisation.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the full range of council services, including the requirements, systems, policy, practices, procedures, legislation, and major issues.
- Recognised programme/project management qualification, Evidence of continuing professional development.

Hours of work are 9am till 5.30pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
