**Edgbaston, Birmingham**

**Up to £25k plus bonus**

We are working with a Lexcel and CQS accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal with experience in plot purchases to work as part of their highly successful New Homes team in Edgbaston.

This position would suit someone from a residential conveyancing or commercial property background looking to move into plot purchases / new build conveyancing, or someone who is already working within plot purchases conveyancing and wants to progress theircareer.

**The role will involve**:

- Supporting fee earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process within plot purchases (including part-exchange, re-sale transactions and post-completions)
- Preparing plot purchases paperwork
- Dealing with pre-contract enquiries
- Preparing relevant completion statements
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing role
- Knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish
- Experience of using a case management system
- A desire to progress your career in plot sales conveyancing
