Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a unique retail organisation based in the Winchester area, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are looking to hire a part-time Accounts Assistant (25 hours per week) to support the Financial Controllerwith all transactional finance duties.

**Responsibilities:

- **

Accounts Payable
- Recording invoices, seeking appropriate authorisations and posting onto Sage.
- Reconciliation of statements and carrying out associated supplier liaison e.g. requesting missing documentation in a professional and timely manner
- Setting up new suppliers ensuring all relevant information is collected and processed
- Processing the supplier payment run when due.
- Responding in a timely manner to internal and external queries.

Accounts Receivable
- Raising and posting invoices on Sage
- Credit control duties ensuring aged debtors are kept to an absolute minimum
- Cashing up on a daily basis and provision and maintenance of floats for ticketing, retail and catering outlets as necessary
- Acting as first point of contact for queries arising from sales outlets and departments as they arise.
- Processing Gift Aid donation, maintaining internal spreadsheets and being responsible for uploading the relevant information accurately onto the HMRC gateway.
- Accurately preparing and posting information on Sage
