**Psychology Graduate - Learning Support Assistant**:

- Primary & Secondary SEND Schools
- Based in Croydon
- Full-time
We are currently looking to recruit Psychology Graduates to work as full-time Learning Support Assistants within SEND School in Croydon. You will be supporting pupils with different SEND needs such as Severe Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs, Autism andADHD. Experience in supporting pupils with SEND needs is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
This position will give anyone considering a future in teaching valuable classroom-based experience supporting children on a one to one and group basis. We are looking for individuals that are dedicated and keen to help children of different age groups andhave the ability to adapt to their individual needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting children or young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities
- Willingness to assist with personal care if needed
- Engage and support pupil's learning and development
- Supervising pupil's behaviour and managing them when needed

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in supporting children or adults with learning difficulties or disabilities is desirable but not essential
- You must be comfortable with dealing with disruptive behaviours
- Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 1-4 months
- Willing to learn new skills and happy to complete training
