This is an opportunity to work within a friendly and growing satellite communications company, with opportunities for personal and professional development. The successful applicant will provide generalist HR support to our employees, be involved in day-to-day HR activities, and will provide first line support to line managers and employees. You will be working closely with the General Manager and Managing Director, as well as other line managers.

**HR Advisor’s main roles and responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for managers and employees to support and guide regarding HR queries.
- Summarising and sharing information regarding new applicants for various vacancies with relevant line managers and organising phone and in-person interviews.
- Work with line managers to manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support in all administration matters pertaining to the HR function, including but not limited to confidential employee information.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and lead the administration of annual renewals/reviews.
- Organising employee events such as the annual Christmas Party.
- HR or administrative experience is preferred but not essential.

**HR Advisors qualities and characteristics**:

- Empathetic communicator with a strong business acumen.
- Organised, with a hands-on approach and ability to take initiative.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
