**Parker Steel is an innovative and continuously growing business.** To keep up with ambitious expansion plans, we are currently searching for a self-motivated, results driven Account Manager.

You will be working as a proactive team member in developing profitable sales across the business and will have a strong, established team around you to learn and grow from. There will be regular Training and Development sessions to help achieve trainingobjectives and build a successful career This position will be on a **full time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **starting basic salary of up to £25,00 per annum + Achievable Commission OTE £50,000.**

**The responsibilities as our Account Manager role include**:

- Representing the company image with customers and developing new account business
- Maintaining a high level of response to incoming calls by reacting quickly, efficiently and courteously with all enquiries, orders, complaints and queries.
- Proactively developing business with new and existing customers via CRM
- Qualifying all leads and record findings on customer files and following up enquiries and record results
- Achieving an individual level of performance consistent with the objectives of the Sales Office
- Reporting customer and competitor information to your Regional Supervisor that might be useful in achieving the overall objectives of the company including large enquiries for competitive pricing
- Keeping the error rate below 1%
