We are looking for the right person to support and deliver service & maintenance works, providing a high quality level of Customer Service and Quality is met throughout. Ensuring jobs are scheduled, attended and completed to customer standard. To support the service business with all day to day requests.
Key Roles Include but not limited to:
- Responsible for external customer portals.
- Delivering Service to a high quality standard.
- Answering phone and dealing with Customer Enquires.
- Support scheduling and programming of works with Customers and Engineers/Sub-Contractors
- Sending and processing engineering paperwork to customers
- Keep the engineering work banks up to date and organised
- Raising subcontractor and supplier orders
- Ensuring customer purchase orders are in line with sales cost sheets
- Following through equipment queries and chasing deliveries
- Creating invoices for customers.
- Maintain logging of engineer appointments onto PDA’s
- Individual Skill sets:
- Previous operational experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong customer facing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Self-Motivated.
- Creative problem solving.
- Personality - energy, drive and enthusiasm.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
