We are seeking a motivated Apprenticeship Trainer with experience in Leadership and Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work remotely, teaching and supporting apprentices on the following programmes:

- Customer Service Apprenticeships
- Business Administration Apprenticeships
- Leadership and Management Apprenticeships

Experience teaching ILM qualifications will be a distinct advantage.

Entry requirements
Essential
- Extensive knowledge & experience of Business Administration, Leadership & Management
- Experience of delivering work based learning in Business Administration, Leadership & Management
- Experience working with remote teams using TEAMS/ZOOM
- Knowledge of End Point Assessment activities and methodologies
- Knowledge of relevant IFATE Standards
- Able to teach Functional Skills Maths and English Level 1 or 2 as required
- Capable & qualified to work across Level 2 -5 in Leadership & Management.
- Hold a recognised teacher / training qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent). Or willing to work towards.
- Hold an assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32, D33 or equivalent). Or willing to work towards
- A strong commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and evidence of own ongoing CPD.
- Efficient time management & organisational skills
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or functional skills equivalent).
- Competent in the use of ICT to include word, excel and Microsoft teams.
- Current clean, full, UK driving license and own vehicle appropriate for business use. Ability to drive a minibus is desirable although not essential.

Desirable
- Experience working with remotely teams using TEAMS/ZOOM with experience of virtual learning and e-portfolios.
- Knowledge of End Point Assessment activities and methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant IFATE Standards.
- To hold a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving this.
- A current First Aid qualification.
- Knowledge of the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework.

**Package**: £32,000 pa which is made up of £28,400 annual salary, plus car allowance of £3,600 pa (+ Benefits, mileage, laptop and phone).
