This vacancy is an Apprenticeship you will be working towards Level 2 - Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship it will take 14 Months + 2 Month end of point assessment.

What will your day-to-day duties involve?
- You will be responsible for assisting private and coach guest with their seating and menu choices
- Serving alcoholic and soft and hot drinks
- Taking food and drink orders, food orders are taken to the kitchen
- Serving customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
- You will be responsible for clearing the tables and setting them up for the following meal.
- Clearing tables and keeping general area clean
- We are also open to non-residents and you would be expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of the menu
- You will be expected to take payments.
- Ensure you meet requirements in respect of COSHH, Licensing Laws, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- You will also be required to keep up-to-date with all Apprenticeship work, and to have regular meetings (every 4-6 weeks) with the Regional Trainer to discuss your work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £210.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
