This award-winning community charity are currently seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis. Based near Leatherhead, you will lead a highly capable team through an exciting period of change, where youwill establish a more robust business partnership function across the charity. Through the provision of sound financial analysis, guidance and advice, you will enable them to deliver targets in line with the charity’s ever evolving strategic plan.

**The key duties of this Finance Business Partnering Manger role are as follows**:

- Manage, motivate and develop the Finance Business Partnering team, providing them opportunities to learn and grow in their careers.
- Take the lead in the preparation of the consolidated budget for the charity, for review with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Full responsibility for pulling together the consolidated management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Wok closely with the Director of Finance to ensure the team are maximising the use of the finance system, developing more streamlined reporting tools as required.
- Drive change across the charity, getting stakeholders in all departments in board and committed to a culture of process improvements.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner who is now looking to step up and play a leading role in the transformation of an existing management accounting function, into something more FP&A focused. Furthermore, thisrole will officially be based in the organisation’s head office near Leatherhead, but opportunities to work from home orfew days per week will be on offer.
- Achieved their full accountancy qualification.
- Previous experience working in a finance business partnering role.
- Ideally, a background working in the not-for-profit sector, but this is not essential.
- Experience in, or the desire to manage a small team.
- Excellent Excel skills, a proactive mindset and a strong desire to drive change.
