We recognise the demand for job security within the sector and offer this with a range of contracts, available to all staff, including fixed 40-hour contracts, 16-hour contracts or, if it suits you, a Zero hour contract. SHIFTS ARE 7AM - 2PM & 4PM - 9.30PM

We look after a range of people in their own home, promoting independance as well as assisting with personal care, medication and food prep.

We have set rounds in North Hykeham, Birchwood, Boultham, Skellingthorpe, Bracebridge, Branston and Washingborough.

For non drivers we have limited double rounds or walking rounds.

We have immediate, flexible hours available to meet your needs.

If you would like full time hours (35/40 plus) you can choose your available days which you would like to work. You will be required to work long day shifts, from 7am-2pm and 4pm-9:30pm, and half day shifts. You will also be required to work every other weekend.

If you would like part time hours, you can choose if you would like to do only mornings, or only evenings, and you will be required to with every other weekend. Part time hours range from 5-30.

We work on a two week rolling rota, so every two weeks your shift pattern will be the same. We provide 4 weeks worth of rota, so you know when you're working for the next 4 weeks
