**Pay Rate**: £13.00 per hour + 35p per mile mileage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Medication Assistance**: Monitoring and/or assistance with medications.
- **Social Duties**: Preparing meals, essential cleaning, and shopping.
- **Accurate Reporting**: Maintain and report records accurately, working to care plans.
- **Personal Care**: Assisting clients with washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- **Fun & Reliable**: Be a fun, empathetic team player who is reliable and caring.
