**Room Leader**:
Key Responsibilities
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (required)
- Room Leaders will support the management with leadership of their team in the daily running of the nursery.
- Support the operation of the nursery facilities and staff, to ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered at all times
- Responsible for company adherence to company policies and procedures
- Consistently meeting legislative requirements and following education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure highest possible inspection grading.
- To assist with the training, support, mentoring, role modelling and supervision of their staff team inspiring and leading ambitious practice.
- Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children

**Junior Deputy**:
Key Responsibilities
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification (preferred)
- The junior Deputy Manager will have responsibility as a Room Leader alongside supporting the management with leadership of the team in the daily running of the nursery, whilst also being expected to take responsibility for every day management responsibilitiesin the absence of the Manager or the Deputy Manager
- To support operational management of the nursery facilities and staff, to ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered at all times.
- Responsible for company adherence to company policies and procedures
- Consistently meeting legislative requirements and following education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure highest possible inspection grading.
- To assist with the training, support, mentoring, role modelling and supervision of the staff team, inspiring and leading ambitious practice
- To create a safe, caring and welcoming setting in which parents are hapy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment
