**The Role**:
As a Room Leader at St. George's Nursery, you will be stepping into a pivotal role, leading your own room and guiding your team to provide exceptional care and education. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Team Leadership**: Inspire and lead your room’s team, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of care and education.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Design and implement a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child.
- **Parent Engagement**: Build strong, positive relationships with parents, maintaining open and effective communication about their child's progress.
- **Environment Management**: Create a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where children can explore and learn.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly assess and enhance the quality of care and education provided, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:

- **Qualifications**: A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent), with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
- **Experience**: Proven experience working within an early years setting, with some supervisory or leadership experience being a plus.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- **Passion**: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning experiences.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
