**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
As a Customer Compliance Officer, you will:

- Investigate and manage product quality complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Lead internal consistency panels to maintain product quality.
- Maintain the Authenticate tracking system for raw material traceability.
- Oversee Brandbank management, ensuring accurate product specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications:
As a Customer Compliance Officer, you should have:

- Proven experience in product quality management, ideally within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Authenticate or similar tracking systems.
- Experience managing Brandbank or similar databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
