Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing, developing and executinga full marketing strategy. **Role and responsibilities**: - Oversee the marketing function including the co-ordination with senior management to collate and communicate key messages, internally and externally - Create and maintain all printed materials (brochures, technical documents, case studies, news stories, exhibition materials) and communications (direct and social) in line with corporate branding - Oversee event planning and delivery - Manage and implement the company’s social media marketing plan. - Liaise with key suppliers and partners **Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**: - Experience of working in a similar all round marketing role - A motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative, passionate and dedicated with a professional and approachable character. - Good sense of humour with a "can do", solution focused attitude - Excellent written and verbal skills, attention to detail and pride in getting things right first time is essential - Strong In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Mailchimp (inc. HTML coding), PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills - Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multi-task as necessary - Demonstrable experience in relevant aspects of Marketing - Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently - Proven track record in effective communications on all levels, including social media
