Initial one of project, but if completed properly and efficiently, lots more projects and scope for a lot more. We are a market leading Mortgage Broker, growing and developing exciting propositions and investing in front end technology. We have developers and web designers, but I am wanting to partner longer term with someone who can bring an A.I. skillset to the table, and benefit hugely from an opportunity to launch something of there own. We have an aggressive road map to build and having previously worked with a developer who built a proprietary WhatsApp AI chatbot using OpenAI and GoHighLevel (GHL), integrated with **n8n** automation flows.

Initial job is a low code pre-qualification whatsapp A.I. service that we want to **rebuild entirely under our own control and IP.**

We are looking for a **technical problem solver** who can take over this project, **recreate the chatbot workflows**, and integrate everything into our GHL and WhatsApp setup, using our existing chat data and strategic direction.

Objectives:

- **Rebuild the AI android** (based on OpenAI GPT models) using:

- Our own OpenAI API key
- Reusable conversation data from GHL
- Intents and prompt logic extracted from historic conversations
- **Set up automation infrastructure** to replace what was previously hosted in n8n:

- Message routing, error handling, fallback flows
- WhatsApp to OpenAI API integration (via Twilio or 360dialog)
- Data sync with GoHighLevel CRM
- **Ensure full ownership of infrastructure**, source code, and logic by us (the client)
- (Optional) Assist with minor training of internal staff on how to manage/update workflows in future

Tech Requirements (Must-Have):

- Proven experience with **n8n or similar open-source workflow automation tools**, including designing and deploying complex workflows
- Strong understanding of **OpenAI GPT APIs** (prompt engineering, temperature settings, chaining) - or Grok/other open A.I.'s.
- Experience integrating with **Twilio** or **360dialog or similar platforms** for WhatsApp Business API
- Familiarity with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** or similar CRM platforms and their API
- JSON, Webhooks, REST API fluency
- Ability to work independently and document all logic clearly

Nice-to-Haves:

- Familiarity with legal/privacy best practices for handling conversational data
- Background in building chatbots or NLP systems
- Knowledge of alternate no-code tools (e.g., Botpress, Make, Zapier)
- UX copywriting or prompt writing skill

Deliverables:

- Fully operational WhatsApp AI chatbot using OpenAI + Twilio/360dialog + GHL
- n8n workflow hosted in our environment (or suitable low-code alternative)
- Clean documentation of all workflows, prompts, and technical setup
- Assistance importing historical GHL data to train/improve the bot
