The Administrator role:

- Learner's certificates are distributed in a timely manner in line with awarding body / sector skills council's requirements
- Maintaining learner records to verify achievements of assessments
- Ensuring learners personal records are maintained with current and relevant details across various MIS systems
- Supporting certification requirements with letters of achievement
- Support the learner services team with customer queries (both internal and external)
- Supporting the wider quality team with the input of survey information and internal and external quality inspections
The ideal Administrator:

- Previous administration experience
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- You must be able to work really well in a team and enjoy being a team player
- A hard working and conscientious approach with a 'can do' approach
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office packages
- A keen eye for detail
