At InPost, we are looking for an exceptional AM Warehouse Sortation Supervisor's to join our team and help drive operational excellence in our parcel sortation operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, optimizing mechanical sortation processes, and leading a talented team towards achieving outstanding results.

**Location**:Sea King Road, Lynx Trading Estate, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 2NZ

**Shift Pattern**: Sunday - Wednesday

**Hours**: 05:00am - 15:30pm

**Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading Operational Excellence: Take charge of overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution across all activities and departments.
- Driving High Performance: Develop and implement strategies that drive performance improvements, reduce operational costs, and maximize efficiency. Monitor KPIs closely to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and success.
- Mastering Warehouse Flow: Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels, driving a smooth operational flow from start to finish.
- Empowering Your Team: Lead, train, and inspire a high-performance warehouse team. Provide mentorship and guidance, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration, ensuring smooth operations throughout the business.
- Ensuring Consistency: Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and quality at all times.
- Prioritizing Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and creating a safe working environment for your team.
- Managing the OLA Shift: Take full control of managing all aspects of the OLA shift, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.

**What we need from you**:

- Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a parcel sortation or logistics warehouse, with a solid understanding of automated sortation systems.
