**Our Fulfillment Supervisors**

As Fulfilment Supervisor you will lead shifts in the Fulfilment warehouse and take responsibility for ensuring all day to day activities are undertaken and we continue to deliver a best in class service to our customers. You will oversee a team of pickers and packers preparing and shipping orders for delivery through our fleet of refrigerated vans and our courier partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Opening up and closing down the warehouse.
- Assignment of daily tasks to the picking & packing team members.
- Allocating orders to team members to meet daily targets.
- Ensure all orders dispatch on time and are perfectly packed.
- Be point person on shift for dispatch enquiries, resolving customer services issues and bespoke order requests.
- Ensure you shift team are prepared with all materials and equipment.
- Monitor goods in to ensure orders are received and located appropriately.
- Perform daily stock checks and document wastage.
- Perform HACCAP checks and maintain logs.
- QC product and orders to ensure quality is maintained.
- Provide clear guidance an instruction on shift for packing of all products including bundles, hampers and gifts.

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior warehouse, production or picking and packing experience.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in a relevant environment beneficial.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively on shift.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate others.
- Driven to achieve targets on a daily basis.
- Confident using technology to log information.
- Experience working with food beneficial but not essential.
