A large, international business services firm that has offices based in London as well as in many other locations, who are looking for a HR Coordinator that has previous experience using Docusign.

**Description**

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Helping create a a safe and open working environment
- Being the first point of contact for employee queries
- Overseeing and support the administration needs for the company
- Accurately maintaining employee records
- Ensuring the weekly and monthly payroll processes are in place
- Assisting the management team with the recruitment process
- Producing offer and contract letters

**Profile**
- Have prior experience using Docusign and be confident doing so
- Be an excellent communicator at all levels
- Have the ability to show empathy
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Have prior HR working experience

**Job Offer**
- A salary fo £30,000
