The HR Coordinator will report into the Senior HR Coordinator and will work within the HR Service Centre providing an excellent service and support to employees throughout the life cycle. You will be responsible for a range of duties that will give you greatexposure to the HR function in a Financial Services firm.

**Client Details**

The client is a Financial Services firm with offices across the globe and is continuing to grow. The firm has a large HR team to support their growing headcount and the firm has a number of different divisions in the business operations.

**Description**

You will be responsible for:

- On boarding: offer letters and contracts
- Background checks and right to work checks
- Updating the HR System
- Acting as a first point of contact for all new starters
- Processing any contractual changes, including salary changes, working patterns etc.
- Off boarding: leavers paper work, managing exit surveys etc.
- Responding to any queries on HR policies

**Profile**

You don't need previous HR experience although you do need to be able to demonstrate a clear interest in HR and be enthusiastic about being part of a HR team.

You must have good administration skills and be proficient in MS Office.
