Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Swadlincote.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team on a long-term basis with plenty of overtime on offer.
**Machine Operative Job Details;**
- £12.50 - £15ph dependant on experience
- Plenty of overtime opportunities available paid at premium rates
- Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm & Friday 7am-4pm
- Saturday overtime 6am-2pm
- Company pension scheme
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Temporary to Permanent

**Machine Operative Role & Responsibilities include;**
- Loading the product onto the machine
- Making product as per specifications
- Quality Checking goods
- Changing components
- General housekeeping
- Working within a team
- Maintaining Health & Safety
- All other associated tasks as required
Due to the nature of the work, the environment is dusty, dirty, and loud. The applicant should be able to work within a physically demanding setting and be happy to complete repetitive duties.
**Machine Operative Person Specification;**
- Previous factory / machine experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Happy to complete repetitive duties
- A good team player
- Able to follow instructions with good communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
