Machine Setter

**Job Introduction**:
**Machine Setter - Join Our High-Performance Production Team**:
Are you an experienced Machine Setter looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive **Machine Setter** to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring machinery is set up and operating at peak performance to meet monthly production targets. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining safety standards and driving equipment efficiency across the site

**Location**: Swadlincote, Derbyshire
**Shift Pattern**: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate automated machinery in line with production requirements
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Produce high-quality cementitious products to customer specifications
- Complete daily machinery checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage machine-specific maintenance schedules and performance reporting
- Support mobile fitting teams with fault diagnosis and planned maintenance
- Oversee inventory of critical spares and ensure on-shelf availability

***What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a similar machine setting or maintenance role
- Strong mechanical knowledge within a production or manufacturing setting
- A results-driven approach with attention to quality and detail
- Ability to meet production targets and adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
