Scheduler/Administrator

**Salary**: £23,000

UK Health Enterprises is recognised for its two brands Emcare and Stewart First Aid Training who provide excellence in the delivery of training courses to its clients who are based throughout Scotland. Emcare provides Health & Social Care and Health & Safety training whilst Stewart First Aid Training provides workplace first aid training. To be successful in the role you will have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. It would also be advantageous to hold excellent IT skills, strong prioritising and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure and in a reactive environment, where change is the norm.

**Key Responsibilities**

To carry out the planning and scheduling of training to meet the needs of the business including scheduling of trainers.

**Summary of duties**
- Short and long term planning and scheduling of training requirements to include allocation of training days, trainers, classrooms and equipment resources
- Day to day adjustments to client, trainer schedules to take account of necessary alterations to the training plan.
- Work closely with the operations team, quality lead and managing director to meet client training requirements.
- Ensure clients are accommodated in a friendly, highly respective manner with specific emphasis on problem solving and client assistance.
- General customer service support to training center customers, when required.
- Labour and schedule analysis to ensure effective use of resources
- Work with team members, colleagues and manager to devise best practice departmental work processes.
- Encourage and foster a team working environment to ensure a smooth running scheduling service.
- Any other tasks as discussed with you and such other duties as may be assigned to you by your Manager from time to time.

**Experience/Skills**
- Good interpersonal skills and numeracy skills
- Experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
