Legal Adviser

**Salary**: circa £36,500
**Location**: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with hybrid/agile working
**Working Hours**: 35 hours per week

**What you'll be doing**

You'll join a supportive team answering member queries on a wide variety of topics, however, your main topic area will be employment law. This means taking detailed instruction, offering calm and knowledgeable support over the phone and making often complex legal, technical and policy-related advice easy to understand. At the same time, you will be required to provide consultancy services to draft employment documentation, such as contracts, handbooks and settlement agreements.

**What you'll bring**

You'll have a Law degree or related degree together with a minimum of 2 years' experience of providing expert employment law advice to a variety of people, either on the phone or face-to-face, combined with a strong customer service ethic.
