We currently have an opportunity for an experienced cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team covering Liverpool and the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our fast passed facilities management company.

Role Responsibility

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness.

Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
Reviewing work schedules/Wages
Ordering of cleaning materials
Monitoring of all cleaning activities
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures as well as carrying out on site Audits.

Previous experience in the cleaning industry
Previous experience of managing a team.
The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures.
Health and Safety experience
Good interpersonal skills

Mobile phone will be provided.

6 days a week. Days and times needed to suit the needs of the business.

Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
