Purpose

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will have a technical background and are looking to specialise in offering exceptional support and the effective operation of the technology infrastructure by means of administering and supporting cloud infrastructure. Do you have the drive and determination to provide first-class services across the Shaw Trust group? Working in the Infrastructure and Security team, you will be involved in the design, delivery, changes and operational support of the Shaw Trust technology infrastructure. With the outcome ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded and support the way they need to work. It is essential that standards are followed, and policy and processes adhered to ensure a quality delivery is always achieved, whilst delivered against the ITIL framework. Always looking to continually improve the Infrastructure Services and Security systems to ensure the business demands are managed and progressed and ensuring customers and kept informed of the changes and evolution of services they consume.

**Essential**:
**You will have**:
Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies, communications and suppliers to support business needs with an emphasis on Microsoft based products
Previous IT and/or Telecoms Service Desk experience
Extensive experience in improving customer experience via the use of technology
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
