We are currently looking for Tenancy Management Team Leader, to work for our client who is a tenant - led organisation. This role is a full-time permanent role based in High Wycombe; salary is £40,084.

The main purpose of the role is to lead the Relationship Coordinators and tenancy sustainment specialist. You will be a key part of the client’s relationship pod, leading their tenancy management and tenancy sustainment tasks and maximising efficiencies across all support tasks.

You will be involved in conducting pre
- tenancy assessments, tenancy sustainment assessment, coordinating tenancy changes tasks (Mutual Exchanges, Fixed
- Term Review, Assignment and Succession) working to improve how efficient or effective the team is for the client’s tenants.

This role is all about leading the team, to work smarter and had to gain a deeper and professional understanding of housing management, ensuring the team exceeds tenant expectations.
