The post-holder will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and safe administrative support that contributes to high-quality patient care. Monitor and improve workflow systems across the admin team to ensure efficiency and timeliness.

Carry out accurate clinical coding of patient records in line with practice and national standards. Manage and process prescription requests, ensuring safety, accuracy, and alignment with prescribing protocols.
Collaborate with clinical and management teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks. Support the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance practice operations. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and assist with audits or data collection as required
