Adam HR are delighted to be exclusively representing our client a highly successful manufacturing company with worldwide reach in their search for an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team on a permanent basis. In this HR team collaboration is key to theirsuccess; everyone is willing to get stuck in, work hard and to a very high standard. They are seeking an established HR Advisor looking to develop their HR career in a fast paced and rewarding role.
The role
Sat within a first-class HR team you will support HR Business Partners to implement the HR strategy across your business areas. Fast paced and demanding in nature, you will receive very supportive management and a real opportunity to impact the wider business.As HR Advisor you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and be expected to provide expert guidance and support to managers to equip them with dealing all people matters.

Ideally CIPD L5 qualified, you will be a proven HR generalist ideally with experience gained in a fast paced multifaceted environment, experience of manufacturing would be highly advantageous. Confident in your employment law knowledge, you will be well equippedin dealing with all Employee Relations matters and highly skilled in upskilling managers. Able to work collaboratively, you will need to be an expert communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. With high attention to detail, you will have the abilityto utilise systems, interpret data and work at pace.
Things to note
The business have adopted a hybrid working model you be site based 3 days per week and remote based for the other 2 days. The role entails frequent travel between 3 sites in East Yorkshire and occasional travel to other UK sites, therefore we require a driverwith access to own vehicle. You can expect a basic salary circa £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience + generous pension contribution, Bupa PMI, 26 days holiday + BH + bonus & attractive share plans.
