**Role Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to work in a functional HR role whilst participating in the execution of specific projects to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.

In this pivotal role as an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Director of Strategic Projects to execute strategies and processes and support the Groups vision for staff engagement, diversity & inclusion in their facilities across the UK.

**Outline of Duties and Responsibilities**
- Proactively manage the process of the lifecycle of their employees
- Manage employee relations including responding to queries grievances, absence and employee welfare and expectations
- Leading the recruitment process by providing training to their hiring managers on selection strategies and interview evaluation techniques
- Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
- Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
- Responsibility of HR information systems to access, input and compile data reports for Senior Management
- Conducting exit interviews, report on themes and areas for improvement
- In conjunction with Director of Strategic Projects, lead employee engagement project from HR perspective
- Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and pension schemes.
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
- Continuously monitor, develop, and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary to drive performance and mitigate issues

**Relevant Experience**
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification (CIPD) desirable
- HR experience in a medium-sized organisation
- Mentoring senior / middle managers on employment law issues - discipline, absence, capability, and employee development
- Experience of supporting individuals to meet agreed objectives and milestones
- Experience in HR leadership and organisational developments

**Specific Skills / Personal Attributes**
- Excellent understanding of developments in employment law and employee relations, organisational planning, and development
- Strong IT and report -writing skills
- Ability to manage several on-going projects and workload effectively and efficiently
- Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Have experience of working in a flexible and positive manner, being adaptable to changing work patterns
- Ability to work alone, and be part of a team and be self-motivated
