This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Menswear Multi-Product Designer to join our small Design Team in Central London.
You will be confident managing your own workload, taking ownership of enhancing the existing collection with introduction of new, innovative product.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Creative to shape the vision for upcoming collections and the product strategy.
- Conduct sales analysis, competitor and market research to aid range planning for each season.
- Collaborate with the wider design team on mood and colour boards and manage colour for the menswear collection.
- Generate comprehensive design packs for handover to the Development and Technical team.
- Coordinate and take a leading role in the menswear apparel design creating high quality, functional and commercial products. Attention to detail is key.
- Presenting to stakeholders at key milestones.
- Daily correspondence with suppliers building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Work closely with the PD to develop and source fabrics and trims.
- Create and own design documents for range building purposes and presentation to the wider company.
- Work closely with the Garment Technologist and PD, attending fit sessions to clearly communicate design comments / amends following product through to production handover.
- Update technical sketches and details when required to maintain design integrity and overall accuracy.
- Design trims and packaging when required.
- Work on collaboration projects producing design presentation packs for client proposals.
- Overseeing the critical path making sure that design developments are on track.
- Minimum 4+ years in menswear design. Luxury experience required.
- Excellent at problem solving, solutions focused and ability to self-manage.
- Clear communicator with the ability to provide direction and work effectively with the wider team to maximise the output.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- Unafraid to take risks and challenge the status quo.
- Advanced Adobe suite skills and able to train / help others.
- A keen eye for detail and strong understanding of the luxury market, sales and our customer.
