Band 6 Crisis Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Crisis Practitioner (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity to work within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) in Whitehaven.
**Location**:Whitehaven.
**Pay Rate**: £32 - £42 per hour (assignment rate):
- Days: £32 per hour
- Nights/Saturdays: £36 per hour
- Sundays/Bank Holidays: £42 per hour
**Contract Type**: Locum, ongoing block booking.
**Main Duties**:
- Provide assessment and support for people experiencing acute mental health distress and their carers.
- Work within a team made up of different health professionals.
- Support people at acute hospitals, in their own home, at GP surgeries and police stations.
- Provide a mental health assessment, including the Mental Health Act assessment where necessary.
**Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse**:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Valid NMC Registration.
