Rate: £23 - £29 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehaven. This is a maternity cover position for a fixed term of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You'll be providing clinical pharmacy services to patients across various departments.
- You will conduct medication reviews and offer expert advice on the use of medicines.
- You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Up to date GPhC registration.
- Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
- Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
- Desirable:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
