Required for September 2025 to provide a reliable service transporting students in a responsible and competent manner to and from school ensuring the students arrive safe and on time. There may be the opportunity of overtime for school trips and sporting fixtures. You must hold a current, clean and valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), hold a category D, or D1 or D1 (101) licence and a valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), or be willing to undertake the required training. A MIDAS certificate and first aid training would also be desirable, or you should be willing to undertake the required training.

As of September 2025, the school will operate three, sixteen-seater minibuses.

15 hours per week, term time only. 7.30 am to 9 am and 3 pm to 4.30 pm (these hours may be varied slightly).

Grade C SCP 3-6 £24,310 per annum, pro rata. Actual salary: £8,543 per annum. Holidays will not be allowed during term time, unless under exceptional and approved circumstances.

Our ambitious school is based in the easily accessible market town of Thirsk which lies very close to the A1(M), A19 and mainline rail links, between two beautiful National Parks.
