**Accounts** - experience of Xero accounts software essential

Maintaining cash book

Creating sales invoices & chasing debts

Organising purchase invoices and submitting for approval by farm managers & payment thereof

Use of Xero for maintaining sales and purchase ledger and company accounts

Bank reconciliation

VAT returns

Monthly management accounts

Ad hoc reporting and year-end accounts

Cash flows and forecasting

**Other**

Maintaining records of properties, property income/expenditure & VAT returns

Insurances - liaising with motor insurance brokers for farm & private vehicles

Household payments

Private matters - maintaining investment portfolio

Maintaining crop records

Form filling / seed declarations

Solar panel management and energy recharging to tenants

Organisation of insurances

Vehicle management

Shoots - invoicing, paying beaters, diary maintenance

**Two/three days per week, 8.30 - 13.30 (times negotiable)**

**£18.00 per hour**

**25 days holiday + bank holidays pro rata**

**Place of work - Denham**

**Laptop provided**

**Discretionary annual bonus**
