**Job Title** - Internal Recruiter

Full Training provided - no experience necessary

**Salary** - up to £22,465 per annum with £500 quarterly bonus OTE £24,465 Per annum

**Hours -** Monday to Friday - 08:30am - 5:00pm

**Summary of the Job**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Work as part of the Installer Recruitment team engaging and recruiting installers.
- Daily engagement with installers and field team regarding opportunities, inductions and installer quality inspections.
- Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders around recruitment & compliance of installers.
- Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers and Field Personnel.
- Log accurate information
- Perform admin tasks such as accurate reporting, record keeping, file maintenance, and data entry.
- Quality review of the installer's performance
- Source installer documentation in addition to external compliance company.

**Key requirements**:

- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Attention to detail.
