**Duties**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.

- Maintain and organise physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Support the team with clerical tasks as needed, including typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerised systems, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Pay: £22,759.00-£23,965.00 per year
