Orka Financial is currently partnering with a business based in Camberley that is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team. Reporting into the Finance Manager being involved with a very broad role.

**Duties**
- Processing of supplier invoices for payment
- To maintain the accounts payable folder
- Raising and logging queries in Excel
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- General Ledger reconciliation work as required
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Query handling & processing the mechanism for escalation of unresolved queries and problems
- Experience supporting a finance team
- Confident liaising with suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Ability to identity and escalate potential issues / challenges, taking remedial action in a proactive manner
